Ricoh — known as a copier company, but way more than that — has an iPad app called Tamago that lets you lead a presentation on your iPad while your colleagues follow on theirs. Right now, up to 10 people can participate in a conference. And here’s what’s really cool, I think: participants can write notes on their own pages during the presentation. Imagine pitching a creative project with this, while your client wrote notes on their iPad to ask about when you’re done.
You can also, simultaneously, send the slides to a projector. I’m going to use this at a conference in Las Vegas next month. I’ll let you know how it works.
